Like all other power armors, you'll have to strip off all the actual armor to leave a bare frame before you can get in it.
Excavator Power Armor is a Power Armor in Fallout 76. The Harpy Crown gives 4 defense and 6% increased shamanic damage the Harpy Tunic gives 5 defense and 8% increased shamanic critical strike chance and the Harpy Legs. The Enhancement System allows you to access weapons and armor that you would not normally be allowed to possess. It allows you to upgrade relic swords, allowing them to stay relevant throughout the game.
